Amy is literally the sweetest and kindest person I have ever met. We went out of the country and decided to use Rover for the first time and it was the bet decision ever. Amy came over to meet Stormy and us weeks before our trip to make sure it was a good fit. She’s so pleasant and easy to talk to and I could tell immediately that she has a caring heart. She sent us photos every day and little check ins, followed our care and feeding instructions, quick to respond to messages, I literally can’t say enough positive things about her. 10000/10 recommend and will absolutely book with her again!
First time booking with Rover and Madison made it a very comfortable experience. She was very responsive throughout the process and I was relieved that my normally shy cat came right out the first visit. Great to get photos as well. Would definitely like to book again if/when needed!
Bo was really amazing and took amazing care of my cat while I was across the ocean for a full week with daily check ins. Bo also takes great pictures!
Melissa was amazing!!! I was so worried about leaving our cats while we were away but she was absolutely wonderful and immediately put my mind at ease. She posted photos and videos and gave the best updates! I’ll definitely use her again in the future and I cannot recommend her enough!!! She was perfect (and that’s really an understatement). Kelsey did a great job taking care of our cats while we were out of town. She was very responsive when we updated her with tips and last minute concerns with our cats. She updated us with pictures and made sure each of our cats was doing well while we were away. We will definitely be trusting Kelsey to care for our pets in the future.
Natalie did such a great job with all of our animals. Our cat loved her and seemed very content when we got home. She sent lots of pictures and it made me feel comfortable while we were away. I would highly recommend her.
