We appreciate Laura's flexibility, upbeat attitude, and willingness to help us out with less than 48 hours' notice. We had an unexpected trip pop up and she was wonderful to work with by providing options for scheduling a meet and greet with our two special needs dogs. Antonio was great with Denali, on time for all appointments and very communicative. He was very calm and understanding of his anxiety and treated Denali like his own to comfort him while we were away.
