Dog Boarding in Creston

Penguin and Ducky had a great time at Kara’s place! She was great to work with and was flexible and understanding regarding some last-minute changes to the booking and itinerary, even meeting us in Boone to pickup my girls so that I could spend more time with my family and friends during my brother’s bachelor party weekend. Kara is also a great photographer and sent awesome photos and videos of my pups playing with other dogs. She always responded quickly whenever I reached out to her. Can definitely recommend!

Heather is the best! I love when my pup gets to stay with her. She is always very well taken care of and Heather sends photos throughout my time gone. I would highly recommend booking with her!

Lane was friendly and accommodating, especially as we added on a day at the beginning. He sent pictures of Mollie playing with his dogs, and she had a good time. I will ask for him again at next year’s Merlefest!

Jimena was absolutely amazing with boomer! I’m so glad she was able to watch him for the day and we will definitely use her again. I definitely recommend for your dog too!

This was our first time using Rover and it was a great success. We left Mya for 2 weeks with Lisa while we were in Italy. She sent several pictures of Mya while we were gone and let us know how well she was doing. When we picked her up she was clean and happy. We will certainly rely on Lisa in the future.

I had such a great experience with Hunter! From the start, she was extremely responsive to my messages and made the whole process easy and reassuring. She took amazing care of my dog, Dolly, and made sure that all the dogs were safe and comfortable. I really appreciated the updates and photos she sent, it gave me peace of mind. Hunter has created safe environment, and I felt completely at ease leaving Dolly in her care. I highly recommend her and will be booking with her again!

Both stays with Tara the past month have been great! She really loves dogs and stays with them to be sure they don't get lonely. She's very good about sending pictures and video as well. Our little dog loved the walks and playing n the backyard with a few other small dogs. He was happy and exhausted when he got home!

Melissa was absolutely wonderful! I was nervous taking our Leo to stay. It was his first big trip away from home, but she really took great care of him and sent us photos and videos to help us see how well he was doing. He had his own vacation playing with some new friends while we were on vacation. I cannot say enough good things! We will definitely plan to reach out to Melissa again when we need care for Leo. Velvet, my dog, seem to be at home with Kourtney and her family. Kourtney was great to send updates and pictures. She listen to any care concerns i had about Velvet. She enjoyed Velvet' s personality. I will use her boarding for Velvet in the future if needed.

Jill was wonderful with our 15-year-old blind, mostly deaf, highly anxious dog! I’m sure there were times during his stay that he whined or barked, possibly had an accident in her home, but she never mentioned it or complained when I asked. She sent updates and pictures making our trip stress-free. Our dog was happy and calm when we picked him up. Thankful for Jill for providing us a worry free vacation!

Great experience—communication before and during Jeter’s stay with Chesnut was fantastic. She really went above and beyond to make sure that Jeter had everything he needed. Highly recommend her.

Chester had a good time and I was very relieved that he was a good boy because he can be quite a handful. He is a chocolate lab and very high energy, but Heather had no problem handling him.

Fran was the most wonderful dog sitter. I’m very nervous about leaving my little dog Beau behind because he’s a bit shy and because I miss him so much. He genuinely enjoyed his time with Fran, and I loved the updates she sent. He clearly felt very at home with Fran and Kevin, and I feel more comfortable taking trips now.

Amanda and her family are a sweet family. We felt great leaving our 2 fur babies overnight in Amanda's care. Unfortunately, one of dogs bit her dog. Amanda was polite as she explained the situation. We were surprised and felt terrible. No medical attention for her dog was needed. As pet owners, we all understand that this can happen....even if it has never happened before. We won't be able to use Amanda again, BUT we still recommend her because her home, yard and family are a wonderful consideration for other pets to receive great care. ?

We were so happy to find Gracie! Ruger and Rowdy had a great time, she even sent home a few treats! We were staying at Hungry Mother State Park and taking our bikes to Damascus to ride the Creeper Trail. She was right on the way and made it easy to dropoff. She has a nice big fenced in yard and her dog and our dogs played all day! We will definitely use her again!

I booked Kelley kind of last minute and I was so relieved and grateful that she took good care of our crazy dog with lots of photos and updates, and our dog had fun in her big yard with her huskies.
