DeAnna was always quick to respond and very polite and friendly. DeAnna and our cat didn’t get along, and she was helpful by contacting rover to request a replacement cat sitter asap and was very prompt and helpful in making sure our cat was still taken care of.

Kiera is a lovely young woman who took exceptional care of my feisty little cat. Molly takes a while to warm up to someone and Kiera was patient and won her over!

Cassie did a great job of keeping us updated on our pets while we were away! She provided a thorough update on their moods, health, and appetites, and took the best pictures! She even took the time to meet them beforehand and ensured we felt comfortable with her. If something looked off in the house, she advised us of that as well. We could tell that our pets were well taken care of and had gotten plenty of play time and attention. Would recommend Cassie as she obviously loves animals and cared for our pets so well!

Alaina was awesome. We felt our cats were in the best care possible. Alaina answered all our questions beforehand, guided us through the Rover process, and delivered amazing service. Couldn’t be happier. We will definitely use Rover and Alaina again for our pet care. Great service!
