Outstanding, Cheryl is wonderful with our pets. Refreshing to know our little ones are so well cared for. They missed her last night. Sending us pictures of them playing was great and let us relax and enjoy our time away knowing our pets were enjoying their time with her. The house was very clean when we returned. Jennifer has been amazing to work with. She is very professional, and really cares for your animals. Jennifer keeps you up to date on anything related to the visit, good or bad. Several times one of my ill cats hasn't been feeling well during the visit, and Jennifer was able to let me know so that we can tend to her as needed. Brandi was very flexible and responsive for us-- will be rebooking her for future cat sitting! We are new to the area and this was our first time hiring a sitter for our cat (3 yrs old). Brandi was so helpful and friendly. She gave us helpful feedback about what arrangement would be best for us and our cat and was willing to adjust as needed. Our cat warmed up quickly to her, too, which is rare! We are confident in hiring Brandi for future trips!

Holly is a very shy cat that will go to lengths to hide from new people and Kaitlin handles it very well. She didn’t choose to stress Holly by removing her from hiding places she just made sure to feed her and then left her alone. I for sure would recommend Kaitlin for any type cat sitting!
