Bianca was an excellent communicator, was consistently on-time, and provided detailed updates and a few pics for each visit. She was conscientious and even cleaned up when our puppy had an accident due to his small puppy bladder. She was a terrific drop-in Rover for our 10 week old lab and I would recommend her to anyone!
