Cassy was very nice and professional, even when I was all over the place at our "meet and greet" before my trip, and I was so glad to have her check in on our cats! CJ was fabulous! She made friends with Gucci, who is a really shy guy. Fed, watered, played, and loved on him. She sent great pictures, and brought in the mail. Soooo thoughtful!
