We can’t say enough good things about Justin and how he cared for our pups while we were away. We have 2 senior dogs, one of which suffered a serious health scare just days before we were to go overseas for two weeks. Justin went above and beyond to ask questions about both dogs’ routines, medications, likes/dislikes, as well as asking us about any concerns that we had. It was our first time leaving the dogs for an extended period since moving to WNC, so that on top of the health scare had us pretty anxious about everything. But Justin quickly put us at ease and after a mere couple of days of updates and seeing how good he was with the dogs, we were able to enjoy our trip knowing that the pups were in good hands. 10/10, would absolutely book again! Kayla's cat sitting recent drop ins were exemplary. She was always on time, covering all tasks needed, reporting anything to me via text, an she handled all tasks and visiting my cats with little direction, texting me with descriptions and photos at each drop in. I will be very happy to have Kayla help me in another absence.

So reassuring to have Jill and Eric check in on our cats while we are away! One is a pretty picky eater and they have no problem accommodating her quirks and love her none the less :)

Our meet and greet left us confident that Ashlee would take excellent care of our kitties. Ashlee quickly made friends with our kitty Casper! We enjoyed the pictures and will definitely rebook.

Emily was wonderful with our dog! We needed someone on fairly short notice and she was available, even though we live pretty far away from her. We have a big, energetic dog who can get anxious around new people and dogs. She took extra time at our meet and greet and introduced him to her sweet pup to help with some of his anxiety. Emily took excellent care of our boy and gave him lots of time and attention. She also went above and beyond to help put together my kids’ Easter baskets so they didn’t think the Easter bunny forgot about them over spring break. ;) We will definitely book with her again in the future!

Hailey was great with my fur babies and took care of them well over the holiday. She was communicative and sent pictures during each of her drop ins. I appreciated the time she took to meet my pets beforehand and make sure they were comfortable with her.

Maggie and Maizie LOVED their time with Lisa. These dog mommas felt so good knowing that our sweet girls were being so well taken care of. Lisa was accommodating, warm, timely, and communicative with us during their sit. Our girls were calm and settled when we got home from our trip and we could tell their experience was wonderful.
