Jennie is absolutely wonderful! She is so thorough with every visit and her communication is incredible. She gives the most detailed summaries and tons of photos along with them. She is so flexible and even went the extra mile to help us navigate getting home safely during the storm. I’d choose her again and again to care for my babies.

We can’t say enough good things about Justin and how he cared for our pups while we were away. We have 2 senior dogs, one of which suffered a serious health scare just days before we were to go overseas for two weeks. Justin went above and beyond to ask questions about both dogs’ routines, medications, likes/dislikes, as well as asking us about any concerns that we had. It was our first time leaving the dogs for an extended period since moving to WNC, so that on top of the health scare had us pretty anxious about everything. But Justin quickly put us at ease and after a mere couple of days of updates and seeing how good he was with the dogs, we were able to enjoy our trip knowing that the pups were in good hands. 10/10, would absolutely book again! Julie was the best! First time using rover and leaving our dogs behind and we felt super comfortable and confident knowing our dogs were in great hands. Sent us pictures and videos and asked questions when needed. Our dogs loved her and will definitely be using her again!

Thomas is fantastic! This was our first time leaving Theo alone at home and using Rover to connect with a pet sitter. Thomas exceeded our expectations. He provided updates every visit, including short videos of our kitty. He obviously connected with Theo and made sure he got the attention he loves. Very thorough and professional. Took notes upon first meeting to make sure she was prepared. Dogs loved her, she sent pics and updates upon each visit. Door was locked when we returned, everything perfectly in place. Highly recommend.

Jill was wonderful! She was very sweet and my dogs loved her. She was easy to communicate with and sent great pictures of my dogs the whole time I was out of town. It made my trip so much better to know she was checking on my dogs, I am so glad to have found her and will definitely be working with her again!

Marybeth was great with my Kanga. She was so relaxed and positive with him, which helped him be relaxed too. She played with him and taught him to "come" and fetch. These are commands we've been working on but not succeeded totally. I will hire her again!! Thanks so much, Marybeth!!

Our meet and greet left us confident that Ashlee would take excellent care of our kitties. Ashlee quickly made friends with our kitty Casper! We enjoyed the pictures and will definitely rebook.
