I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Sarah in person, but she came to my rescue the day before a two day conference for which I hadn't made prior arrangements for my doggies to be let out to potty. She responded promptly to my booking request, was friendly in her communications, and sent me helpful updates with photos so that I didn't have to worry at all while at my conference.
