Dog Boarding in Genlee

Crystal is amazing. Very friendly and response times was rapid when i was checking on Kellie. She made me very comfortable about leaving her. I would most definitely recommend and will be utilizing her services again.

Katie was fantastic! She kept us updated and made sure our babe was well-taken care of. She even went out of her way to replace a toy that another Rover dog took a chunk out of, which she totally didn’t have to!! She’s thoughtful and most importantly, our pup loves her. We will def use her again!

My baby loved her stay with Maho! Maho was incredibly accommodating for my girl and had great communication. I had to go out of town for a last minute trip and was a bit nervous but Maho sent pictures, videos and texted updates throughout my trip. I’ll definitely rebook, in fact I’ve already scheduled another boarding appointment. Thanks again, Maho!

RG and Julie are fantastic. Hamlet overcame his fear of going up the stairs with them. I can say that they are very knowledgeable about dogs and very caring. Got great pictures and updates every day. I highly recommend them if you feel nervous about leaving your dog. They will be well cared for with RG and Julie.

From the moment we met Andrea we knew Mickey would have fun and be safe (very important to us). We would definitely ask her to watch him again anytime we are flying out of RDU. Worked out great!

Our beloved pet Brady was there for almost a week. Amanda is the most reliable, caring and understanding person I have met. Brady and we loved having her as his caretaker. She would always be my go to person for Brady :)

We had a great experience with Mary and Jonathan. They rolled out the red carpet (literally) for Maizey and treated her like family. Maizey loved her time there and we would ask them to watch her again in a minute! Thank you!

Fitz had a wonderful stay with Dean! We got lots of pictures and videos throughout the week to see all the fun things he was doing. Will definitely use him again!

Hazel was well taken care of! She had friends to play with and very caring loving sitters. I’m grateful for the pictures and updates. This was very easy and impressive. I can’t thank Vincent and his loved ones enough!

Took care of my dog, Ace, for a month (!) and did such a terrific job - he looked so happy in every photo (they kindly sent multiple!) and he looked fabulous, happy, and super healthy when I picked him up! Always so grateful for this wonderful family and their loving care of Ace!!!

Amie and her husband were amazing! This was my first rover experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better host! Amie was great about sending me pictures and videos throughout the day and keeping me up to date about how Winston’s stay was going.

I’ve been using rover for awhile and I’ve never felt this secure or happy or comfortable I didn’t worry not one time. Ahmadie literally sent an update every hour my dog has high anxiety is hyper active and she took such good care of her. My Brooklyn came back happy , clean and I’m sorry free!!! Truly the best sitter I won’t let anyone else watch her!

Great dog sitter. You can tell they are really dog people. My dogs enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and play time in the fenced in back yard. Quick reponse when it came to communication and also provided pics. I would highly recommend.

Johanny and Jonathan provided safe care, a comfortable home, and lots of love and patience with my puppy. They are outstanding and Scout was very relaxed and happy when I picked him up.

Our older black lab was well cared for at Adrienne’s home. She enjoyed the family atmosphere. We received daily updates from Adrienne. We will have her stay there again.

Priyanka did an absolutely fantastic job sitting out 14 month old mini goldendoodle while we were out for 5 days! This was our first time leaving Teddy overnight since we got him. So needless to say, we were very nervous leaving him. But Priyanka did such a fantastic job reassuring us before we left. She agreed to a meet before the stay, and that gave us confidence. She was very patient with us in answering all of our questions, and did an excellent job listening to our instructions. During the trip, she was prompt in providing us pictures and updates on how he was doing to us, felt very comfortable. She also responded to our questions whenever we reached out during our trip. We even had our flight delayed, and she was super flexible in us picking Teddy up, which we really appreciated! At the end, Priyanka did a wonderful job making sure everything was neatly packed and ready for us to bring him home!! She was also really sweet in following up with us after the booking on how Teddy was doing. Which showed us that they really cared. I can think of no reason of giving anything less than a five star rating, and we will be definitely using Priyanka in the future!!

Paul provided excellent care for Bravo. He has a big backyard in a quiet neighborhood that’s great for dogs. Paul clear knowledge and love for dogs puts you at ease. He provides regular updates and is a great communicator.

Anitra was great! She sent constant updates with pics and cute captions. Teddy is a needy dog and she made sure he was taken care of! Highly recommend her to take care of your pup!

Rory was super nice with my little pup. And she kept updating me the whole day.
