Excellent care for our 2 cats by Gemma, she took care of all of their basic needs and sent great pictures while we were on vacation, ensuring they felt loved and cared for. Will definitely book again!

We were only gone for just a little over 24 hours but this was our first time using Rover and we were anxious about leaving our babies to a stranger! Immediately upon meeting Deb she assuaged those worries and felt like a family member that loves them as much as we do. She sent pictures for each drop-in visit with little updates about how they were doing and when we got back we could tell their little bowls had been cleaned and they had been well taken care of. Amber and Steve were amazing! We had an 11th hour change of holiday plans which led to needing care for our two kittens. They were super responsive, sent tons of pictures and just so nice! I’m so thankful we found them and will use again!

Karen has cared for our cat Addison several times and always does a great job! She sends photos and notes and lets us know if anything is unusual. We can tell our cat appreciates her company. We look forward to hiring her again!

Grace is exceptional, above and beyond, caring and attentive. I am a very high-maintenance cat mama with an older girl who needs multiple pills, and Grace handled this effortlessly, sending pictures and reassuring me whenever I needed it. I’ll be booking her again when I have to travel next!!

This was the first time I asked Gretchen to care of my senior cats. They seemed very well cared for and the instructions I left were carefully followed. Angel was wonderful from start to finish. She came on time for the meet and greet and for every feeding. She is so kind and personable. She provided daily feedback and pictures so we knew our cats were doing great under her care. Everything was cleaned up and taken care of when we returned home. We will definitely be asking for her again!!!!
