Josie came to my rescue! My doggies boarding could not happen due to a missed vaccination so I finally reached out to Rover.com at last minute. Checked out her info and she was at my house for a meet and greet within minutes. Probably within 30 minutes may trip was saved because of her close proximity and willingness to help. She helped me understand the Rover website and provided exactly what we wanted in a loving way. Our pups were very happy and we will be contacting her again!
Mafe was great and made sure we were updated while we were away!
Kate was absolutely fantastic. We are super picky with who we trust to leave our dog with, and I’d pick Kate over and over again! She is friendly, always on time, and I can tell she genuinely cared for our dog while we were away. I was never nervous or wondering how it was going. Gave great updates and will definitely book again!
Kaylee is reliable, patient, and flexible. She did a great job working up to allow our dog to trust her enough to walk with her. Highly recommend her!
