One of the hardest things when moving to a new town is to find that perfect fit in a pet sitter for your family member with four legs. We feel like we won the lotto over here. Our previous Rover sitter where we lived before did such a great job that I wondered if we’d get so fortunate again. I was looking for a star sitter that not only LOVED my dog but also had the right level of energy so when I leave and they come it’s not wildly different for my pup. Grey is exactly what we hoped for and more. My dog loved him in a matter of maybe a minute. She trusted him and welcomed him. Also important – he’s super respectful of the property, he arrives on time, he communicates beautifully so you know what to expect and when. He is reliable. He listens and when he speaks, it’s a good conversation. He’s someone special who’ll you not only feel safe leaving your dog with, you’ll respect him as a person. My dog is relaxed and happy around him, and I am hugely relieved and grateful to be able to have found what we were looking for in a pet sitter. My dog gives him five pawprints, and I’ll give him five stars.

Autumn took care of my cat for a long trip at the last minute. She was communicative and quickly visited to meet my cat and learn the routines. She was consistent and let me know that he was being taken care of while I was gone. That made me feel better as I don't like to leave him. I felt like he was looked after well.

Denise was great! I appreciated her communication, updates and photos. The dogs were still tuckered out when we got home. Would love to use her again!

We only needed one dog walk while vacationing in the area, and Carolyn was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. She was genuinely sweet with both our dog and cat, and made a great first impression during the meet and greet. She asked thoughtful questions and immediately connected with our pets. Reaching our rental was no small feat—it was located at a high elevation with a long gravel driveway and several tricky switchbacks—but Carolyn handled it with ease and determination. She also went above and beyond when I mistakenly booked the wrong day; she quickly and cheerfully adjusted her schedule to accommodate us, even while we were out on the river. We highly recommend Carolyn! Her kindness and reliability gave us true peace of mind.

Tina took amazing care of our cat Rory while we were away for the holidays. She was incredibly through, loving, and communicative throughout the whole week we were gone. Will definitely be utilizing Tina’s services again.

It was so nice to have Kaysee (and Ellen) drop by to check on our cat and give him some love and attention! I could relax while I was away because I got plenty of updates and could tell my kitty was in good hands. I highly recommend Kaysee and will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!
