House Sitting in Maggie Valley

Grey was amazing! Our usual sitter had a last minute conflict come up right before a trip. I had never used Rover before and was a little apprehensive, but immediately felt reassured by Grey’s initial correspondence which was super clear. We did a meet and greet before which Grey also made super easy for us, and it was really clear that he was asking great questions (things that made it clear he was a professional and that reassured this newbie who was feeling a little unsure right before a big trip). After the meeting I immediately felt a huge weight off my shoulders. We continued to stay in touch before the trip, Grey was proactive about checking in and accommodating about handoff process and schedule. He was great about sending updates while we were away and was so sweet about the antics of my furballs. I felt like my fur goblins and my place were in really good hands. He was great about hand off too and asked how I wanted to do it. I told him that it would be great if we could overlap but that I understood if he had appointments when we got back. He confirmed he would make sure to be here and give us a pretty healthy window. Our flight ended up being delayed 2 hours and he waited for us without hesitation. He was so great about our check back in - told us funny anecdotes about his time and made me feel like he truly cared about the well being of our pets and home. Honestly, I think the place was cleaner when I got back than when I left and it was super clear my babies had been taken care of. I would give him a million stars if I could. From one dog parent to another, I can 1000% recommend Grey.

WOW! An AMAZING experience! This was the first time EVER in over 20years with owning dogs we have ever left them with anyone other than family, but new to the area, not knowing anyone, we were in need of sitter. We will admit...we were nervous, and like I mentioned this was a first for us and we were going on a cruise (limited phone access). However, the moment we met Carolyn she felt like family and we felt more at ease with confirming the booking of the cruise. She would continue to update us daily with pictures and text notes on how they were all doing. THIS WAS SO GREAT! Made our day seeing those faces when your hundreds of miles away. SHE WAS JUST FANTASTIC and a vacation saver!!! Forever grateful for her A+ service and the boys (our two Boxers) give her a Five Bark review too!

Brinkley is very active, she took Mishka on several adventures and when we got back, Mishka kept going to her which tells us Brinkley took good care of Mishka. We recommend Brinkley and will work with her again.

Lillie was wonderful! She came and met our dogs and us so we could go over their routine. She communicated with us and sent us pictures. We had to take one of our dogs to the vet the night before she came and she was prescribed two medications. Lillie was comfortable giving her the medications. Our dogs were very happy when we returned home. We will definitely use her again!

Kendra was great! She was very responsive and sent lots of photos. She asked questions when needed. I would recommend her!

Great communication. My dogs absolutely loved her, and she took such good care of them. We will definitely book with her in the future.

We have a difficult dog and a nice dog, and Alana went the extra mile to get the tough one to accept her and be comfortable. She came to our house ahead of the sitting date without charge and spent time walking & giving treats. When the sitting day arrived, she was calm, cool, and collected despite the best efforts of the miscreant, and she ended up getting tail wags. Definitely recommended!

Thank you Makayla! My dogs have never stayed with a dog sitter before and they immediately liked Makayla. Our little one is typically very shy with new people and she just happily went up to meet her with no problems. Our dogs get along sorta :/ and Makayla assured us she would follow or protocols to keep everyone safe and happy and she did. Both dogs wanted to say goodby, they enjoyed their time together.

One of our dogs got sick the morning of our booking and she took excellent care of her while we were gone. She gave us such a piece of mind and we would trust her with anything.
