James was great with the cats. Very prompt and efficient and both cats seemed to do very well. We will definitely use James again!

Summer was amazing! Our cats loved her gentle and caring personality, and we loved her reliability and communication. It was such a relief to have someone we trusted taking care of our kitties while we were out of town and we absolutely would book visits with Summer again. Matt was a great cat sitter. He is very professional, courteous, and prompt. He sent me multiple pictures of my cat during his drop-in visits. The cat’s feeding area and the litter box were clean/tidy when I returned home. I would definitely use Matt again.

Kim did a great job watching our cats. She was very communicative, gave them thorough care and time on her visits, and overall did an excellent job tending to them as if they were her own. She also met our dog during our meet and greet, and I'd highly recommend her for any dog care too!

Andrea is truly a gem. While we were away on vacation, she stepped in to care for our beloved cats, Scooter and Miss Girl, and her dedication went far beyond our expectations. It was almost as if I were home myself her attention to detail, warmth, and understanding of their personalities mirrored the way I care for them every day. Andrea didn’t just check in she connected with them. She made sure Scooter felt safe and soothed, and gave Miss Girl the affection and routine she thrives on. I came home to two happy, relaxed cats who clearly felt loved and secure in my absence. Andrea’s care was thoughtful, intuitive, and deeply personal. As long as she’s offering her services, I will choose her every single time. She’s that good and my cats agree.

Rachel was a great pet sitter for our kitty, Bandit!! Rachel was very responsive and communicative which made her meeting Bandit, going over Bandit's care, and getting keys, etc., all easy and seamless! It is clear she loves and understands pets very well. We were away for over 2 weeks and Rachel came for daily visits during that time - she sent photos and updates each day and it was clear that Bandit was very happy and well cared for. Upon our return everything was is good order and Bandit greeted us with a kitty "smile"! We highly recommend Rachel, and hope to have her care for Bandit when we next need kitty care!

I'm really impressed, normally if I leave my cat with a sitter, I will come back to him and he is extremely anxious, stressed out, angry and confused. With Mikaela, he was surprisingly calm as though we just left to go to the grocery store, and not for a trip for a few nights. He seems very happy, I'm glad we chose Mikaela.
