2nd time booking Melissa, she always does a great job, and keeps me updated on my little ones. She goes above and beyond by cleaning and looking after them. I don't have to warry when I book her, she follows through by visiting at the assigned times, and keeps me updated daily on there status.

Jakob did an excellent job taking care of Dina, our very shy cat for 5 days. The pictures he sent showed how comfortable she was with him even on the first day. A first for her as it usually takes her a few days to feel comfortable with strangers. I will definitely try to book Jakob again next time we travel!

Caroline was absolutely fabulous. Unfortunately my pup was very sad about my husband going out of town and he acted like he could hardly move. Since Pacer is epileptic, Caroline called me immediately and stayed with Pacer while I raced home. He ended up being perfectly fine, but it was scary for all of us. I’m happy to say that since then Pacer has been fine and has enjoyed his time with Caroline. She was very caring and I really appreciated her obvious concern for my boy!

Anna and Eliza were amazing!! They kept us so well informed, sent pictures and gave them treats to make them feel loved. Our cats are very shy, however it was clear from the pictures they sent that they were very comfortable around them. Their communication was great and frequent. I definitely appreciated that they played with them when they came over which I know our kitties loved! Overal it was our best experience with Rover and we will definitely be booking them again!
