We are absolutely thrilled with the job that Natalie did. She was able to accommodate us on short notice, and she was extremely communicative, punctual, and did a great job caring for our elderly cat who needs medication. Melissa was wonderful! While there were a couple of challenges due to our dog Tashi's fear of strangers, Melissa handled her like a pro, seeking counsel when necessary. This was our first time using Rover with our little rescue dog, and I would not hesitate to request Melissa the next time we need the service!

Sarah communicated with me about my one kitty who wasn’t eating. She was a fun loving sitter. I’d use her again!

Judd was great with my two kittens. He communicated well while I was away. He was also good at accommodating to the kittens different needs. I appreciate that he offered an introductory meet and greet to ease my worries about leaving the fur babies for an extended trip. I would call him again to watch the cats in the future.

Katherine was amazing while we were gone. This was the first time we were away from our cats for an extended period of time (2 weeks) and she took great care of them! She is super communicative and always sends photos during her visits. Jo is the best pet sitter for our two goldens! She is able to balance caring for one older dog and one younger dog with a lot more energy. She is always prompt and responsive and points out any issues with should be aware of. We wouldn’t use anyone else!
