I'd give 10 stars if I could. Tracey was great. Starting at our meet n greet I could just tell she was the one. The cats took right to her and allowed some petting (not normal when unknown people come in) There was good communication while I was away as well as pictures of my babies. On time every day which is important to me as my oldest takes meds. She brushed them, kept the fountains full and the food on time. Never took advantage of not being here during the times we discussed. My babies knew they weren't alone. This is the first trip since Dec 2018 (very bad experience) that my kitties were happy to see us when we came home and seemed like everything was normal. Im used to having backs turned to me and being shunned for leaving, we walked in the door today and there they were, content and happy to see us. I had a really good feeling before we left and it has only improved. O HIGHLY recommend Tracey and will definitely be booking with her again!

Kaylin was excellent and did everything exactly as I directed. I am definitely going to use her in the future!! Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for some who is responsible and compassionate to watch your dog or cat. Thank you Kaylin!!
