Amber and Lauren are the best! They don’t just take care of your dog, they love your dog! We couldn’t feel more secure being away on vacation and knowing that Bear and our house are being taken care of. Lauren and Amber contact me immediately if they will be off schedule so I know they will be there. The pictures they send also confirm that Bear is happy and loved. I can’t recommend them enough!

I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED in myself for having pre-judged Kelly's support unfairly on what turned out to be a misunderstanding on MY part. More on why later, first I want to tell you ................PLS DO NOT MISS OUT on hiring the best person to watch your pet. To say SHE GOES ABOVE and BEYOND is an UNDERSTATEMENT. My cat was very well taken care of. She even washed some disches I left in the sink (I didn't ask her to) and (being taller than myself ) replaced lightbulbs in my stairwell I could not reach and had lived without light in that stairwell since mid pandemic. In case you are interesed, recently I booked Kelly to watch my cat (1st time) " I didn't know her from Adam". Before my return, we had agreed she would bring my house keys back on a certain day. On that day, I texed her 2x (No Response) and because we were talking about a set of my house keys floating around out there with someone I didn't know I began to panic. I tried calling her also 2X (No answer). I was understandably upset and proceeded to giver her a less than favorable review only to have her show up as agreed to return my keys as agreed. This is when I found out Kelly had NOT received my messages or calls because I didn ot use the app to contact her. I felt so bad for jumping to assumptions so quickly. Not only is she good, careful and communicative she is an awesome person to watch your fur children!!!! Patty D

I’m so grateful for Rikki. It feels like she loves my dog the way she would love her own! She sends great updates and pictures and always has energy to play with my dog and keep him extra happy. I always re book for drop in visits when I can!!

Heather was so awesome with Dixie and she was well loved and cared for! I appreciated how she took the time to get to know what her favorite things to do are and gave her all the love. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Tracey was very quick to respond and provide updates. She was great with our dog and went the extra mile in providing our dog love and in taking care of her!

Jackie recently watched my cat while I was away on a 2-week trip. While this was my first time using Rover, it certainly won’t be my last, and I’m hoping Jackie is available for any future trips! She was very communicative and even stopped by for a quick meet-and-greet before we left. She took detailed notes of what type of care Moo needed and once we were actually on the trip, she shared several photos and videos from each visit to keep us posted on how she was doing. Could not have felt more comfortable with Jackie watching our fur baby and, as noted above, will certainly be booking with her again in the future! Extra bonus upon returning home was that Jackie had made a personalized keychain with Moo’s name on it, such a sweet gift and cherry on top of a great Rover experience!

Our blind cat who isn’t a fan of attention from just anyone absolutely loves her! She always sends so many pictures and videos of all our babies and has excellent communication throughout our trips! Would recommend her to anyone

Wow, what can I say? Cari truly is the best! She is dependable and does great with our dog Sandy, whom is highly anxious and timid. We have had Cari take care of Sandy quite a few times now and are beyond happy with her. She gives tons of love and attention to Sandy and is patient with her. She leaves comments and photos on her Rover cards/check-ins and puts our minds at ease while we are away. Cari truly is wonderful with taking care of our dog!

This was the first time that I have used Rover. We were looking for a cat sitter for our new cat and decided to try Rover. Tori was phenomenal. She came over to meet our cat, DD, who is newly adopted and a bit shy with new people. Tori was able to get the DD to be comfortable in her presence after just a few minutes. She was prompt for her drop-in visits and had very detailed notes (including photos/video) of DD's progress. I would absolutely recommend Tori and would definitely use her again!

Scott is incredible! Not only awesome communication, but super knowledgeable especially with large dogs. Would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

David was communicative and timely. I know Dixie was happy to see him each time. I got report cards and photos for each visit which made my trip more relaxing.

Chloe was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable about animals and I had no concerns about leaving my babies in her care. She is detailed oriented and sent me great pictures and notes letting me know how everyone was doing. Will definitely be using her for all of our trips away!

Katherine approved our request for day of care when our other sitter backed out on us and saved us! She was amazing with Pax. Gave nice long walks and great updates. We were super happy with her care.

Perfect! Evey loved the visit will definitely work with Jana again!

Elizabeth was able to accommodate a last minute request and did a phenomenal job with my two pups. I would definitely work with her again.
