Emi was very communicative and accommodating. She was willing to work with me last minute administering meds to my sick pet. She was. Very caring and made me feel at ease during my trip. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Heather was very sweet and responsive. Lola went up to her right away and seemed to like her. Only reason I didn't give her a full 5 stars was that she did forget to refill Lola's water bowls the first time she went over, but it was her first time watching Lola and she did go right back over when I made her aware. The second day she went over, she did everything perfectly.

Molly was punctual and communicative in the Rover cards and via text with questions. I will be booking her again!

Jeff was great! This was our first time we used Rover for our cat, Buddy.
