Bethany was exactly what we were looking for in a dog sitter. We were in Charlotte, NC for our grandson's graduation and had never used Rover before. Bethany was flexible, knowledgeable, friendly, and definitely "pet-friendly." When we came back the second day, Cocoa was waiting for her at the front door, calmly walked in and made sure nothing had changed since the day before, and barely noticed that we were leaving. Cocoa is 13-1/2 and deaf. But Bethany accommodated all her needs (including some of her feeding habits). We highly recommend Bethany and if we are ever again in the Charlotte, NC area and need a pet sitter, we will be contacting Bethany.
Rachel is the absolute best! She was so accommodating to drop off & pick up Kayla every day, she sent lots of photos, and she made us both feel so at home. She is a total treasure so grateful we found her!
