Stephen was absolutely amazing and definitely a treat as a first time Rover user. During our first meeting, my dog was already so comfortable with him which was a great sign for me. He was extremely communicative and sent many pictures everyday, so while I missed my dog at home, I knew he was being well cared for. Stephen did not hesitate to reach out and let me know anything that was going on, including slight changes in visit times for upcoming inclement weather which was so thoughtful. I would absolutely book with him again and I know my dog is already looking forward to my next trip so his friend will come visit.

This was our first time using Rover & we couldn't have made a better decision than choosing Mercedes to care for our babies! After having a few bad experiences with boarding I was more than apprehensive about leaving them but Mercedes went absolutely above & beyond! Would definitely recommend her & plan to book with her again in the future!!
She cared over a week for 2 adult dogs, I had a great experience and could enjoy my vacation, Rosie is a very nice and sweet Person and conveys that towards your pets. I will book her again!
