I've never used a pet sitting service before and had some reservations about doing so. The Rover app was recommended by a trusted family member and I chose Alexander based on his excellent reviews. I was immediately at ease after his meet and greet before we needed to leave town. I couldn't be happier with our experience!!! Alexander was consistently very responsive with excellent communication prior to our trip and graciously welcomed my worried mom check list for each of our critters. We received detailed daily reports on each pet with lots of reassuring observations and individual attention for each pet. I highly recommend booking with Alexander! We will absolutely book with him for future visits!!!
