Erin was simply wonderful! She stayed at our home with our 2 dogs for 5 days while we were across the country at our son’s wedding. This was only the second time we have left them with someone besides family members, and the first for such a long stay, so we were a bit worried, but I knew pretty fast that I didn’t need to worry about them and that they the would great! From the moment we first met at our meet and greet I knew she was going be very thorough and helpful and understanding of the 2 quirkiness of our little dogs. I never had to ask how they were doing because I knew every morning and every evening she would send me an update with pictures, it was comforting knowing this and seeing the pictures and hearing the progress of how they were warming up to Erin. * side note, I had already decorated the house for Christmas and Erin expressed her love and joy for the decorations from the beginning, one thing I noticed in the daily pictures was that she even changed the ‘days till Christmas’ countdown blocks that I have. This made me smile every day when I would see this, knowing that she was enjoying our home to this level meant a lot. * Erin left our home in such a clean peaceful way, she made sure coming home after our very long cross country flight and late night was as smooth as possible,(she even had Christmas music playing on our Alexa for us) She Washed and replaced all of her bedding, her towels, and she even washed the dogs bedding, plus she vacuumed the upstairs and cleaned the guest bathroom and folded the hand towels and wash cloths in a pretty design. I very much enjoyed coming home to this as I am seldom the one being pampered as I am usually the one doing the pampering :) it was very nice. I could go on and on , Erin was wonderful and I can not wait to go away again so we can have her back!

Patty was wonderful with our dog. She quickly gained his trust, which is a miracle in itself. We returned to a happy and healthy dog, and a well maintained home.

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my furry baby, Gus, to Francesca, and I can't help but share how wonderful our experience was. What stood out most was Francesca's professionalism and genuine affection for animals. Returning home, we found Gus in high spirits, showcasing the exceptional care and attention they received. It's clear Francesca does not just watch over pets; she treat them like their own. I wholeheartedly recommend Francesca to any pet parent. Their outstanding service and loving approach to pet care truly set them apart.
