I can't say enough positive things about Alicia and Van! They communicated thoroughly and timely from the time we expressed interest in booking through the booking. We received photos and an update on each drop in visit (2 drop ins per day for 7 days). This helped us to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing Schatze was well cared for and happy. When we got home our Schatze was glad to see us but I know he is already missing Alicia and Van! They even brought their dog to visit and play with ours which was wonderful! Tammy provided wonderful care for our two cats. Always on time. Usually stayed longer than anticipated and made sure our cats got the best care. Would definitely use her for cat care again!
Abigail has a kind soul that really cares for animals. I love that she brings her daughter along to teach her how to care for and love on pets. She went above and beyond with my baby as she nibbled on one of my houseplants leaving her sick the first day of drop in. I enjoyed hearing their loving words on my ring cameras audio and know it was genuine since some cameras are not displayed openly. I will rebook her everytime!

Amber was a Godsend! We were stuck an hour and a half away due to an emergency and she stepped up to take over care for our dogs without ever meeting them.
