I can't say enough positive things about Alicia and Van! They communicated thoroughly and timely from the time we expressed interest in booking through the booking. We received photos and an update on each drop in visit (2 drop ins per day for 7 days). This helped us to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing Schatze was well cared for and happy. When we got home our Schatze was glad to see us but I know he is already missing Alicia and Van! They even brought their dog to visit and play with ours which was wonderful!
