We used Rover a few times for our outdoor cat. We always request Akira. She is pleasant and friendly and professional. She absolutely loves animals. My cat can be shy always running and keeping safe distance. Starting first time meeting my pet. Akira began winning Koda over. First Koda was curious. I was so shocked...after last visit, my cat doesnt leave at all. my Akira always looking to make sure pet is fine. Sends pictures on every visit. Alway promot. I really appreciate the service Akira provides.

Eleanor was absolutely wonderful! She took amazing care of our cat, Perry, while we were away at the beach. She was so flexible and gracious when there was a mix-up with our address, and she handled everything with such kindness and patience. Jennifer has been amazing to work with. She is very professional, and really cares for your animals. Jennifer keeps you up to date on anything related to the visit, good or bad. Several times one of my ill cats hasn't been feeling well during the visit, and Jennifer was able to let me know so that we can tend to her as needed.
