Dog Boarding in Tabor City

My puppy, Maya, had a great time at Celeste and Joe Smiths over Thanksgiving when we went to Connecticut. I love that I could message with Celeste about Maya. Celeste sent photos of Maya playing, lying in her bed, and sleeping in her bed. Maya had a lot of exercise in the backyard which is excellent for her mood, ability to sleep well, and her physical health. I am very pleased with the great care they gave her. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Skyla was absolutely incredible with Gucci over the Christmas break! Entrusting someone with your fur baby during the busy holiday season can be stressful, but Skyla made it completely worry-free. She didn't just watch him; she showered him with love and made sure he felt like part of the family. I loved receiving the frequent photo updates—seeing Gucci's happy tail wags and cozy holiday naps gave me so much peace of mind. Skyla is professional, deeply caring, and clearly has a special bond with animals. If you are looking for someone who will treat your pet like their own, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Gucci is already looking forward to his next stay!

Jen and Matt did a wonderful job watching my little Jack Russell, Sadie. I was apprehensive at first, since Sadie has not been away from me since I had her at 5 weeks old. She is now 16 years old. Jen came to my house and picked Sadie up, so Sadie wouldn’t have anxiety if I just dropped her off at Jen’s place and disappeared for a week. Jen kept me updated, sent me pictures and even a video. Their home is lovely and clean, with a nice backyard, which is fenced in. This was important to me, since Sadie is a runner and cannot be off the leash. Jen and Matt allowed Sadie on the furniture and Jen even allowed Sadie to sleep with her at night. Jen and Matt are an amazing couple. I would highly recommend Jen and Matt and I will definitely use their services again.

Janet made my three Chihuahuas feel at home. She was very good to them and gave me a update everyday! I would definitely use Janet again and recommend her to anyone wanting to board their pet in a home environment vs a kennel. This is my first experience with Rover and I am very happy,

Jill was wonderful with my four legged baby and responded quickly when I would message her to check in, even sending pictures to help reassure me she was doing great. My girl seemed to enjoy her stay with Jill and her family as she wasn't anxious or clingy as I expected. I would recommend Jill to anyone and will definitely board with her again!!

Brittany is amazing!!! This was our girl’s second stay with Brittany and it was a much longer stay this time. She did great all thanks to Britany and her girls making it a wonderful environment. We received regular photos and videos which helped us feel better about being away from our girl. Brittany even gave Ruby a bath when she rolled in the dirt. We HIGHLY recommend requesting Brittany to care for your fur babies, she is the best!!!!

Teddy enjoys being with Donna and her family almost as much as he loves being with me. I never have a moment of worry knowing that they are taking care of him. Thank you for always being available to us believe you will put in our path 🙏🙏

Lorie is the best. We feel very comfortable giving our dogs to Lorie when we go away. I feel the dogs feel at home while they are there. I am very happy to have found her and she is great.

Abigail and her daughter provided excellent care for our Ginger! Great communication. This was our first Rover experience, and it was much preferred over using a kennel. Having peace of mind knowing our baby was nearby while we were at the beach was priceless.

Atina was amazing with our pups! She treated like her open and kept in good touch with us throughout their stay. Would definitely use again! Thank you so much!😊

Katherine was wonderful with my 14-year-old Cockapoo, Mr. Bailey. She was incredibly attentive, and you could immediately tell how much she genuinely loves little dogs. She took great care in administering his medication and gave him so much love and attention while we were out of town. Knowing he was in such caring hands gave us complete peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!

Kim was awesome and my pug had a great time with her. We needed a last minute sitter for our pug, which is always stressful but Kim made us feel comforted. Communication was always very speedy and she treated our furbaby like her own! Thank you, Kim!!

Amber was amazing and kind! She boarded our cat for 3 nights, texted us with updates, responded fast, took good care of our cat😊 Her home is a great, clean environment for boarding animals. Highly recommend!

Kimberly did such a great job with my pup! He is terrified of loud noises and she made sure he was comfortable when July 4th fireworks were going off. I greatly appreciate her help and highly suggest her to anyone!!

Lisa responded quickly and was extremely nice and welcoming. She communicated with me daily with pictures. Kali seemed to be very well taken care of and happy when picking her up. I would definitely use her again and recommend. Thank you, Lisa! We will be back!

She did a great job taking care of Harley! Was flexible with drop off and pick up times and had a big backyard and friendly dogs for her to play with.

Joan did an excellent job caring for our little blind senior dog, Minnie, who is a little high maintenance. She had Minnie for 11 days while we were on vacation at a beach condo that didn’t allow dogs. Joan even gave her a bath with Minnie’s prescription shampoo. Joan has a small fenced in yard which enabled Minnie to be outside a lot, which she loves, and both Joan and her husband were very sweet with her, even then she howled the first day from missing us. Joan sent pictures/video/messages regularly to let us know how Minnie was doing. Their dog, Parker, was very gentle around little 11lb Minnie too! I highly recommend Joan if you need boarding in the Little River/North Myrtle area!

Shannon took great care of our dog. He was very happy at her house playing with her dog and kids. We would leave him there again if we go out of town.

We really enjoyed receiving the regular video updates and knowing everything was going well. Nice fenced in back yard with room to roam. Would definitely bring Winston back for a stay. Thank you!

I liked the Janice shared pictures of my dog during our trip. She was very easy to communicate with, and I think that things went well. I would definitely have her watch my dog again.
