Doggy Day Care in Valley Hill

Michelle was very accommodating on taking my dog while my family and I toured the Biltmore estate. Communication was good and so was her flexibility

KaLynn was amazing. She was accommodating with the time, my pups needs and what I was cautious about. She sent me pictures and kept me up to date with what Boomtown was doing. She gave Boomtown lots of play time and rest time. I'm not sure Boomtown wanted to come home with us. I definitely recommend KaLynn.

Great care for our 2 dogs, they were very welcoming and our dogs had a great time with them and we will definitely use them again if needed.

Megan & Nikki were awesome! Boone, my 11 month Golden, had an awesome time! He stayed for day care several days & an overnight. He came home so happy and tired I know he got to play all day! I received updates every day. Boone got so excited when driving to their house each time I know he loved them lots!

We are visiting WNC from out of state and took our 9 month old puppy Otis to Kharen and Chips two time for day care while we were out and about. We are so glad we found them! They are very friendly, clearly love dogs and have a great set up for them in their house and yard. We'll be back-Otis had a great time !

Great! Watched my dog for a few hours while I was at a dog free event. She asked a lot of good questions and made me feel secure that my dog was going to be well taken care of!

Our experience working with Rebecca was great! We reached out in short notice and Rebecca responded quickly and really worked with our schedule which was super helpful. Lisa cared for our Golden Retriever while we were on an excursion while vacationing here in Asheville. She is personable, friendly, and truly seems to be an animal lover. Our girl came back to us tired so I think she played all day.

My 15 year old dog loved spending time at Laura and Bill's house. She got to do her favorite activities : be in the backyard and lay in the sun, eat grass, look out the storm door window as cars go by. She is very comfortable and content at their house. She even ate without a problem (which is sometimes a problem for her). I'm so happy to have found Laura and Bill. My dog will be spending a week there soon.
