I was really impressed with how well Megan and Nicole were able to "read" my dogs by observing them closely and interpreting their behaviors. They asked some great questions that to me showed a clear depth of intuition and awareness of what was going on with my dogs. Both of them responded beautifully to Nicole and Megan's calm energy. One of my dogs is pretty excitable, and I loved seeing how she grew progressively calmer during the course of our visit. Good stuff!

Excellent! Sam took great care of our two five month old kittens. She did a meet and greet a few days before our scheduled visit, closely followed and delivered on instructions we gave her, and always starting her visit at the agreed time. We will definitely call on Sam again.

Ryan was fantastic! From the first meeting, she was thorough and attentive. She sent pictures every visit and let me know how my cats were doing, with a sense of humor no less! I highly recommend her and will use her in the future!

So reassuring to have Jill and Eric check in on our cats while we are away! One is a pretty picky eater and they have no problem accommodating her quirks and love her none the less :)

We can’t say enough good things about Justin and how he cared for our pups while we were away. We have 2 senior dogs, one of which suffered a serious health scare just days before we were to go overseas for two weeks. Justin went above and beyond to ask questions about both dogs’ routines, medications, likes/dislikes, as well as asking us about any concerns that we had. It was our first time leaving the dogs for an extended period since moving to WNC, so that on top of the health scare had us pretty anxious about everything. But Justin quickly put us at ease and after a mere couple of days of updates and seeing how good he was with the dogs, we were able to enjoy our trip knowing that the pups were in good hands. 10/10, would absolutely book again! Our pets were in great hands and we had peace of mind knowing they were being taken care of and were having some interaction so they wouldn't miss us so badly.

Amanda was beyond amazing! This was my first time using this service. She sent pictures of Miley during her visits, gave her ice cream treats to make Miley comfortable (she's very skittish around new people). When I got home Miley "told me" about their visits and was happy as a clam! I will definitely be using her services again and again!
