Rachael was great! Communicated well and was so thorough. I could tell how comfortable my cats were with her through the pictures she sent. Such peace of mind! Will definitely book with her again when our little buddies need looking after.

We were only gone for just a little over 24 hours but this was our first time using Rover and we were anxious about leaving our babies to a stranger! Immediately upon meeting Deb she assuaged those worries and felt like a family member that loves them as much as we do. She sent pictures for each drop-in visit with little updates about how they were doing and when we got back we could tell their little bowls had been cleaned and they had been well taken care of.
