Thank for taking care of our 2 kitties! We were overall very satisfied with the care they provided and would recommend them to others. It’s clear that they are patient, kind animal lovers. The photos and videos that they sent had me in tears most of the time. They always left detailed descriptions for each visit and spent extra time spoiling them. I look forward to using their services in the future.

This was our first experience using Rover, we haven't had a pet in over 12 years. We had only had Binkley for about 1 1/2 months so we were anxious about leaving him. However, the moment we met Sarah, she put us at ease and we knew Binkley would have the best of care. Sarah texted daily (along w/pics) so we really felt connected the whole time we were away. Our experience with Rover was great and without hesitation, we will call upon Sarah to care for Binkley in the future.

Johnny is a fantastic pet and housesitter! He’s communicative, responsive, trustworthy, respectful of my preferences, and sends tons of photos and videos. My cats love Johnny!

Haley was great! We needed a last minute sitter due to unforeseen circumstances. She was able to drop in on our cat, Toby, multiple times per day. We asked her to watch Toby the morning of the day we were to fly out of town. She was able to accommodate the last minute request. Made it seem like it was no trouble at all. House was clean when we came back home. Toby seemed well fed and taken care of. His litterbox was scooped, etc. Would highly recommend if you’re in need of a sitter! :)

Bradley took great care of my cat and was in regular communication every day. She also helped out by bringing the garbage/recycling cans up so they weren’t left on the street while I was away. At previous times, she stayed with my dogs. It’s great to have reliable support with my beloved pets. I highly recommend Bradley for any job!

Michelle made my first Rover experience perfect! She walked me through the process, and my car Buttercup—who hides from EVERYONE—went right up to Michelle! I will have no worries about booking with Michelle again. It was such a relief! And I appreciate all of the notes, videos and pictures!

Lela was wonderful! Good communication with daily updates, made it so easy to enjoy my vacation knowing my cats were well taken care of. So very thankful for you Lela!

Indigo was absolutely amazing! I had daily updates about how my sweet bunny was doing and was sent multiple pictures each day. Indigo gave me updates about how my bunny was getting more comfortable and when I came home he did zoomies around the room letting me know how happy he was this week. I felt so safe and comforted knowing he was so well taken care of. Will definitely be rebooking in the future for my bunny as well as my dog if I leave her next time!!

Lacey was great to work with and took wonderful care of our kitty cat Freddie. She was prompt, followed instructions and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Lacey to care for your furry one and plan to contact her again.

Taylor did a great job taking care of Oliver. He gave reports on our cat as well as sent pictures. Our plants were well watered and doing well when we returned.

This was our second time booking Kumiko and she is truly the best. So professional and a great communicator for times to make things work while she schedules with other clients. Our friends just used her and were equally pleased. Its such a relief to know we have someone to care for our cats.
