Sophia was wonderful! She watched my cat over the weekend and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable or grateful. We did a meet & greet beforehand, which immediately put me at ease and made me feel confident allowing her into my home. The booking was originally scheduled for one day, but when my plans changed and I had to stay longer, Sophia was incredibly flexible and kindly offered to come an extra day. She sent plenty of photos and updates, and it was clear my cat was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I truly felt like my cat was safe and in great hands the entire time. I would absolutely book with Sophia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter!

I have used Jiahui several times and will continue to use her for my 3 cats. She is super reliable and responsive and most important - the cats really like her. 2 of them have special diets and require supervision when they’re eating, which can be a handful. I really appreciate the comfort of knowing they are well taken care of when I travel. Highly recommend Jiahui!
