Brian is incredibly responsive, which has always been very reassuring as a pet parent. We really appreciate him taking care of Chai and giving her the love and attention she needs.

Kate took care of my fur family while I was out of town. I was often worried about them, but Kate put my mind at ease by providing me with regular check ins on how everyone was doing. Wednesday was great with my three cats, who can be a bit of a handful. They sent lots of adorable pictures to keep me going without my animals. One of my cats requires medication and was being challenging about taking it— while Wednesday wasn’t always able to give him his meds, they kept me up to date on the situation and tried the different solutions I offered. Overall, very happy with the service I received!
