My dog Max is a bit shy and sensitive, and it usually takes him some time to warm up to new people. It can be tough for strangers to put on his harness or wipe his paws. But Dana has been incredibly patient with him—Max let her handle him after just two meetings! She carefully followed all my instructions and kept me updated with every detail.
