Kisa was great with Willow, and very communicative with me about the entire process as a first-time Rover user. She was timely both responding to messages and arriving to walk Willow. She also took the time to come to my house twice before the booking dates and let Willow get familiar with her, which eased my anxietly and was greatly appreciated.
