I can’t say enough kind words about the expert care Emma receives when she is with Lacie. She is a special needs Havanese and receives special attention and care. Thank you Lacie!!

Five stars all the way. We had to fly out of AVL for a few days and the parking there right now is challenging. We dropped our pup off, they drove us to the airport and when we returned we were picked up with our dog in the car. Aside from that experience, she had a blast and was a bit reluctant to leave her new human and canine friends. We will go to Ann & Jaren now every time we have to go away. Our dog loves all people and dogs so this was the perfect place for her. As they have 3 dogs of their own and often another Rover dog there it would be best to do a meet and greet the first time just to make sure they pups are all compatible. We did that and had no issues at all, only fun playmates.

I had never left my dog with a stranger before and was very anxious about leaving her overnight. My dog can be snippy and I knew there would be other dogs there, but Deborah was so good at introducing her to the other dogs, it was not a problem. To complicate things further, I had to take my dog to the vet the morning I was to leave her and she was prescribed two oral medications. While I was gone, Deborah kept me updated on how my dog was doing without me, how she was interacting with the other dogs, and how she was taking her medications. I was such a nervous momma, but Deborah’s professionalism really put my mind at ease. Such a fantastic first Rover experience with Deborah. I will definitely be using her again!

Gracie had the best time and received excellent care. Michelle sent daily photos of Gracie having a ball at their house and even brushed her and sent her home with homemade doggie treats.I will definitely book with Michelle again.

Amazing Job! From beginning to end, Kharen and her family went above and beyond taking great care of our boy Cody. Cody was received with welcoming hands and I know he felt happy staying, playing outside, and dreaming of chasing squirrels by night time. I appreciated all the updates while on my trip out of town, Kharen provided photos, videos, and was always reachable. I wanted to personally say thank you Kharen and your family for making Cody feel at home… :)

Charlene does a great job watching our dog. She keeps us updated with pictures and treats him wonderfully! He always enjoys staying with her!

At 4 yrs old Emmy has only had 1 sitter ever. To even find someone new and get checked out is nerve racking. Megan & Nicole are awesome! From making accommodations for meet & greet and being available anytime for updates or questions made our vacation away from Emmy free from worry. She had plenty of attention and company. She was more than excited to see us when we picked her up but when we went to leave in the car she went and sat down by the girls and didn’t want to leave! That says it all! Thanknyou Megan & Nicole. Emmy has found a new home away from home☺️

Kalynn is a great doggie sitter! The pups looked very happy and she sent daily pictures to make us feel that our pups were well loved and cared for. ❤️

Diane send pictures and updates daily. I feel she treated my dogs with love and kindness. I would definitely use her again to take care of my dogs!

Lauren is amazing. She took such good care of my dog and communicated with many regular updates, pictures, and videos while I was away. I am admittedly a helicopter dog parent and worry about my pup, but Lauren totally put me at ease and took such great care of my pup. I will 100% have Lauren watch my dog next time I’m out of town. She is a dream come true!

We were not ready to leave our young puppy, but we were called out of town for a family event. We were grateful for Jordan's reassurances and texts letting us know that our dog was having a good time and that she was being cared for.

Ryan took really good care of of our dog on short notice. She was happy and energetic when we picked her up from a 10 night stay. We would use Ryan again.

David was so understanding and great with my dog! We had not done this before, so it was a perfect first time Rover experience. My travel involved a good bit of change and David was quite flexible and patient. But mostly I appreciate how he cared for Lulu. She and his dog hit it off really well. Dave sent pictures now and then to update me! It was easy to see she was relaxed and happy. They have a wonderful yard and play area for dogs, too. Overall such a positive experience -peace of mind for me- for us both! I will be calling them again in 2026!

Very communicative and understanding my little terror was a handful and she accommodated to him well. She is very nice and goes above and beyond for your fur babies. She sent me silly photos and caught his personality in them to help make being away a little easier! I will always reccomend her services!

Britney and her sons take the best care of our spoiled Frenchie. She sends us regular updates and pictures and is very responsive. Floyd will be back soon!

Our dog, Ollie, loved his time with Megan and her two dogs! Megan was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule and Ollie’s needs. She has a great fenced in property that allows our energetic pup to run and play. Ollie was in great hands and we look forward to utilizing Megan during our next trip.

Lisa and Angie were fantastic! Communicated every day, sometimes multiple times a day if necessary. And the dogs enjoyed their care and companionship. Glad they will be taking them in again in the coming weeks when I have surgery or travel.
