Kasey was great with our Polly. She obviously is experienced with many kinds of dogs. We knew right away that Polly would get excellent care and we weren’t wrong. She updated us daily with photos and info on what Polly was up to and how she was adapting. We were completely comfortable on our vacation knowing Polly was happy and loved.

Krystal was excellent! Photos and texts were sent. This was our first time leaving our 2 yo golden retriever; it was worse than taking a child to daycare for the first time? never worried about him, knew he was in good hands!

Shelby was warm and friendly. Asked great questions and sent regular updates. Our dog usually takes time to adjust when home from a sitter but she settled right in which speaks volumes about her stay with Shelby. Would definitely recommend and use again.
I boarded my two dogs with Brooke and she took amazing care of them! She would send me regular updates with adorable pictures and made sure one of my dogs got his medicine every day. I highly recommend Brooke for any rover service! She’s the sweetest!
