Ella was great! Did everything we asked and even got our shy kitty to come out and say hi, which she never does! If the need ever comes again, we will definitely be booking again.

Kelsey took great care of my boy? She was very friendly and flexible when my camping trip was cut short due to weather. Her updates/photos made me feel so much better about leaving my little guy for the first time. My cat was very comfortable in her care and I will absolutely be reaching out to her again in the future!

My boys were with Kathi for 2 weeks. One has stayed at a kennel before and the other was only 11mos so I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked them up. They both seemed fine with the whole thing! The older one usually gives me the cold shoulder a couple days after boarding at a kennel but this time it was back to normal as soon as we got home. As for the puppy, I think it was great for him to spend time with her 4 dogs, all sizes, shapes and personalities he hadn't seen before. From what I could tell everybody got along, and the boys each came away having made a "camp buddy". Kathi really seems to know dogs, and after talking to her a few times I was comfortable knowing they were in good hands. I emailed about every 5-6 days to see how everyone was adjusting, and Kathi was good about responding with the highlights.

Our cat had many needs including blood sugar checks, insulin injections and administration of pills. We left for Phoenix for a week. Mackenzie was phenomenal! Every day we received notification of her arrival twice a day for our cat. We received pictures and notes from her visit. Both my wife and I felt absolutely at ease with Mackenzie visiting. Having our cat at home meant that she was less stressed, had her own bed, received daily visits and stayed much healthier both physically and mentally. Mackenzie did an awesome job with our cat, we were extremely impressed with her services. We loved receiving the pictures everyday of our cat and the knowledge of knowing that everything was ok at home. We highly recommend Mackenzie as she not only was so good to our bubba, but also left us notes and details of her time with our cat. Thank you so much for all your work and care! Erik and Jenna White
