Dode was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Opened up her home the day before the boarding for our dogs to get to know her dogs, we talked for 45 minutes about random things. This really helped me feel comfortable with her watching out dogs. Bear and Kiwi loved their stay with Dode and from all the pictures and videos Dode sent, we could tell they were comfortable and happy. Dode absolutely went above and beyond to make sure Bear and Kiwi had a great time at her house. Dode exceeded all of our expectations for using Rover and we would absolutely request her services again.
Stephanie is kind and great with Ruffus, I highly recommend her, Ruffus has separation anxiety but with her he's relaxed and happy, I know she treats him well just from his behavior when we get to her place, she also sends a lot of pictures and updates throughout the day and do everything to keep him comfortable. SHE IS THE BEST!! ❤️
