It warms our hearts to share our wonderful experience with Cortney S. through Rover.com! Our journey began when our two beloved pups, despite being incredibly lovable, just weren't suited for a traditional dog kennel during our much-anticipated vacation. While there was nothing wrong with the kennel or its staff, our dogs found the environment and the number of other dogs a bit overwhelming during their trial stay. They're usually quite personable, but they ended up growling at staff and snapping at other dogs – not ideal for anyone! Thankfully, a kind staff member at the kennel suggested Rover.com, and that's when we found Cortney S. From our very first "get to know you" meeting, it was clear she was special. It was truly remarkable how quickly both of our dogs, even our more reserved one, took to her! Since they had never really been around anyone other than "mom and dad," we scheduled a few additional visits to help them get even more comfortable with Cortney. Each meeting went wonderfully, building our confidence for our trip. During our vacation, Cortney came to our home several times a day, letting our dogs out for potty breaks and playtime. She was always punctual, and if she was ever running a few minutes behind, she'd let us know right away through the Rover app. It was evident that our dogs truly looked forward to her visits each day and had developed a strong bond with her. We are incredibly satisfied with Cortney's services and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring dog sitter. Thank you again, Cortney, for everything you did for us and our furry family members!

Extremely professional and friendly. Was able to meet all of my dog needs. Was able to communicate with MacKenzie at all times, made it really easy.

Stopped by to give our dogs a bathroom break and feed them lunch. Linda let me know when she arrived and left. She also sent a photo of our attention seeker. We definitely appreciate her!

Morgan was punctual and easy to work with. She communicated effectively. We already booked her again! She put my mind at ease with my shy girls.

Audra stopped by before i left and inatantly hit it off with 2 of my cats. My 3rd cat is super shy and hid until the last viait. Audra and Austin played with my cats and sent pics every day. Knowing my kitties were well taken care of and receiving tlc while I was away was a huge relief! Will definitely use them again!

Maria was great with Shaggy! She has such a calm demeanor, which I really appreciate since my puppy can be a little anxious. She made him feel comfortable and gave him space. I felt at ease knowing he was in good hands. I’d definitely recommend her and will absolutely be booking with her again!

Kandice was so great and helped us out in a last minute jam. She was great with our pups, and sent great photos and summary from the drop in. We'll definitely have her come again!

Mary did a fantastic job caring for our dog! She was always on time, sent pictures every time she cared for Theo, and communicated with us regularly. Mary is very kind and friendly. We will definitely ask her to care for our dog again!

His approach towards dogs is unlike I have seen before, very patient and it is clear that he wants the best for them as well as the owners. Ben has extensive background in dog training and has been an important part in the development of our Corgi pup. We appreciate his effort always, the best dog sitter in Omaha for sure.
