The communication and photos from Rachel were great throughout. Also went the extra mile by bringing packages inside and vacuum any mess.

Chelsey did drop in visits for my cat while I traveled for a work conference. It was my first time using the app and I was a bit hesitant to have a stranger do it but Chelsey was professional and met with me before I booked to make sure it was the right fit for both of us. She showed up when she was expected and very responsible. She even humored me with pics every check in which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend her services and hope to re-book with her when I need pet care in the future!
