Ella is an awesome sitter for our cats! They must have remembered her because they warmed right up on her first visit and demanded pets and attention after every dinner. Ella kept us informed with messages and pictures at every visit and took care of a couple of minor things that came up so we could enjoy our trip without worry. I had not met Nicole before she watched my cats. She did a great job caring for them and she was good about keeping me updated after each visit. I would definitely have her watch them again and recommend her to anyone needing their animals taken care of while away.
