Celeste was an amazing cat sitter! Went above and beyond expectations and was in regular contact with me while I was away. When I returned home, my cats were obviously very well taken care of and my apartment looked just as I had left it! Cannot recommend Celeste enough. I've got a very positive review not only for Kim, but in general for the Rover service. Kim came over early to make sure she got along with our cat, Steve McBoots, and to ensure she had his routine down. She took excellent care of him and completed all we requested of her daily. We felt very safe with Kim being in our home while we were gone to look after our dear Steve. Unfortunately, Steve developed a bad infection while we were out of town. Kim's detailed reports helped us identify just how long Steve was sick, and how sick he was. We are very thankful this service exists. Situations like this are exactly why we booked it. Happy to report Steve is on an antibiotic and seems to be improving.
