Dog Boarding in Waterloo

Jaclyn was open to learning new things that are necessary for our dog’s diabetic care, and she sent regular updates with photos to let us know how he was doing. I felt very comfortable knowing that he was in good hands, and that made our weekend away even more enjoyable. We will definitely book with Jaclyn again in the near future!

Jill and her family treat my Stella like their own!!! She’s so excited to be there and always exhausted by the time we get home. Would recommend them any day!!

Ann was amazing with my dog Naomi and was very patient and thoughtful with her. Naomi is usually timid and nervous around new people and yet I could tell she enjoyed her stay and quickly warmed up to Ann. She kept us informed with pictures and updates throughout the stay. Jill and her family was the best! Our little guy is anxious and a rescue pup. He is a little over 1. The best decision we had was using Rover and finding the best fit for him like Jill! We were never worried about him. She kept us updated. True home away from home! We already have our next stay booked!!! Thank you!

Hooch had a trial overnight for a longer stay planned for later this winter. He obviously had a great time! He even slept in a kennel which he hasn’t done at home. I think he was very comfortable with Kylie, Landon and Moe. He came home happy and tired. Great communication before and during the stay!

As our old, blind, deaf and high-maintenance pup has gotten older, we have had a progressively harder time leaving her alone, especially in boarding. Jean was a godsend. For the first time in a long, long time, we were able to leave our dog and felt confident the dog was in great hands. We are so very grateful!

This was Ritz first visit using Rover and everything went smoothly! I was a little worried as Ritz is diabetic but Torey had no problem with giving him his insulin and special diet request. I could tell the minute I picked him up that he was loved and I will definitely be using Torey's services again!

Our dog had a great time with Natalie and Zach while we were out of town. She was well taken care of and we received updates on what she was up to (lots of snuggling 😊). We will definitely be reaching out to Natalie when we need a sitter for our dog again.

Daisy loves Kelsey and practically jumps in Kelsey’s arms when we get to her house! This was her second stay with Kelsey. She is so happy and active when I bring her and can barely keep her eyes open on our drive home. That makes for a successful stay and she will be repeating again!

Sarah and Jason did an amazing job dog sitting our pup! We highly recommend them and will be using them the next time we need a sitter.

Bethany was an outstanding sitter for Annabelle. She kept Annabelle over the 4th of July weekend and kept her calm and safe with all the fireworks going off in the neighborhood. She kept me updated each day with photos and reports. Will definitely use Bethany again!

Appolo spent few days at Keeley's home. During the day we got pictures and could see he was happy and energetic. He could play with other dogs that was good for him to socialize.

Jennifer was great and accommodating to our schedule! We needed someone short notice and she made it work. Ninja loved making a few new friends...canine and human! She came home exhausted and happy! Jennifer will definitely be first on our list of boarders for the future!
