Elle s'informe sur toutes les petites caractéristiques de nos animaux pour les connaître et faciliter le séjour avec eux. Elle nous envoie des photos et des messages durant le séjour pour avoir des nouvelles de nos animaux. J'ai adoré son approche, c'est une vrai passionnée.
