Kaitlyn did an amazing job watching our shy cat, who usually hides from everyone. Her warm and gentle approach helped our cat feel comfortable enough to come out of hiding, which was a big surprise to us! She kept us updated throughout each visit, sending detailed messages and pictures, which gave us peace of mind. We came home to a relaxed and happy pet—we highly recommend her to anyone with a timid animal!

We recently had the pleasure of having Kimberly take care of our two senior cats, and we couldn't be more impressed with her exceptional service. Darnell took good care of our four cats for six days while we were on vacation. We appreciated the daily reports. Having limited cell and internet service, it was comforting to get them when we did. I would recommend Darnell and use his services again.
