Dog Boarding in Litchfield

Ashton was great! His house has good a backyard and the dogs were really happy. He was responsive the entire time when with my babies, I am thankful!

Sara took wonderful care of our two Portuguese Water Dogs (ages 3 and 4) for five days, and we would absolutely book with her again. From the start, communication was thoughtful and proactive. She specifically checked with us before considering a one-day daycare overlap, remembering that we appreciated her only accepting one family at a time. She listened carefully to our concerns, talked everything through, and made sure everyone’s comfort and safety came first. She was very receptive to our suggestions on how the dogs should be introduced and clearly prioritizes calm, low-stress interactions. Throughout our trip, she provided consistent daily updates on how our dogs were doing and always offered additional photos or check-ins if we wanted them. Sara was also flexible with pickup logistics and coordinated directly with our family member when plans needed to be adjusted. Everything was handled smoothly, calmly, and professionally. Most importantly, our dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for a responsible, communicative, and genuinely caring sitter.

Amanda and her family were so welcoming and kind to our pup, River! They welcomed her into their home and introduced their dog to her in a safe environment (the kitchen). We got a video within a few hours of dropping River off. I would definitely board River there in the future.

Brooke provided great care for our dog, sending daily photos while we were out of the area...He seemed to be very comfortable in Brooke's home, and we'll definitely seek to use Brooke's services again if needed in the future..

Great vacation for Alfie's. Kalene, Joel and their dogs welcomed him and treated him like family. Great fenced in yard to run and play and safe, clean home. Very accommodating when I needed to change plans. We feel good leaving Alfie with them.

Sophie boarded at Katelyn’s for two days/nights and had a wonderful time. Katelyn’s family loves Sophie. We will rebook in a heartbeat next time we are away.

Julie was wonderful with our 5 year old dog, Reese! This was Reese’s first time away for the weekend and Julie was so great with her! She took her out on a hike and to the beach! She made sure Reese felt comfortable and we were so grateful she could be in such great hands for the weekend! I would love to use Julie again in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great dog sitter! Thank you so much, Julie!

Ali and her husband were great with our girl, Hazel. She’s a nervous girl so they slowly introduced her to the other dogs and Hazel got comfy quick! She loves her new sitters and doggie friends (: We will definitely be using them again.

Koda loves his time with Cherie and her family. She was very flexible with drop off and pickup and kept me updated with pictures on how he was settling in.

Ellie did a great job taking care of our pets over the holidays. She and her family included our golden retriever in their home and treated her like part of the family and also stopped in at our house to ensure our cats had everything they needed! Thanks again!

Donnie is great, he truly gets to know and understand each of his clients. He provides valuable training and guidance to help your pet become the best version of themselves. After just 1 night, my pup is already a better companion; I can’t wait to see how he is after his next two week stay!

Carol is amazing! She is a really caring, genuine and kind person. Our dog Bekky is a senior dog and Carol took careful consideration to Bekky’s needs, she took the time to make sure Bekky is comfortable and happy. This was my first time using Rover for my 2 dogs. Yingying did a great job watching my dogs for the week. She was responsive with updates and would recommend.

Bailey had a great time with the other dogs and came home happy and tired. All the photos and videos while we were gone were awesome too! Will definitely book again next time we need to board Bailey.

We are incredibly fortunate to have discovered Rebeca on Rover! Our little boy, Henry, is our precious baby, and leaving him while we travel is a decision we take very seriously. Rebeca surpassed our high expectations and standards in every way. She proactively prepared for the stay by gathering all the necessary information about our pet to ensure that all their needs were met. She also opened her lovely home for a meet-and-greet to ensure that it was a good fit for Henry (she has the most amazing yard for the pups to play). Throughout the stay, she communicated with us several times a day, taking the best photos of our pet that we have ever seen. And when it was time for Henry to go home, she even left him with a handwritten note and a goodie bag of treats wrapped in ribbon. Henry was so happy and we could tell he had the best time ever! I highly recommend Rebeca for all your boarding needs. You won’t be disappointed!

We just brought our lab back for another great visit with Ralph! What a reunion. Our dog was so happy to see him and be there. We have decided that he likes Ralph better than us. Our dog can be a lot to handle, but we completely trust Ralph with him. He gets lots of walks and love from Ralph, and we are so happy we found him. Highly recommed!

Rosie had a great stay with Liza! Communication was easy and drop-off/pick-up were smooth. Liza kept us updated with lots of pictures. She came home happy and tired (in a good way) from playing with the other dogs :)
