Straightforward communication, very patient when meeting my dog, and was flexible with me when I realized some car trouble might cause me to be late. Pics of Leah with the other dogs were so good to see too!

Julianna was wonderful! She took excellent care of our small husky, Koko, and sent great pictures and updates of Koko having fun. Koko loved her and loved playing with her two dogs. In addition, Julianna was very flexible which we very much appreciated. We will definitely have her watch Koko again!

Winston has been to Andrew a few times now and he loves it. We are happy to find someone who looks after him to get some energy out and takes good care of him.

So, we are “those” dog owners.. We hate leaving our Lab, but we want him to socialize and play with other dogs without being lost in the crowd.. We are also expecting to have the need for overnight care due to upcoming travel. Finding Colleen proved to be just exactly what we were looking for! She is just as concerned for our pup as we are, and keeps us updated with texts and photos. Jackson is excited to go to daycare now! Thanks very much Colleen!

So easy to work with! It is evident that Samantha is an animal lover with her level of care, concern for Jax’s safety and her compassion. Her little boy is an extra bonus for Jax!

First time using Rover, and Lauren was the first to respond. I have to say—100% GREAT and would TOTALLY recommend! We are so glad we tried Rover and found Lauren (we chose her based on all the amazing reviews). Our Mr. Smitty originally started going to a larger doggie daycare facility, and while they were great, his anxiety was through the roof. He gets along with everyone, but every time we picked him up, he seemed overwhelmed, and it became clear he wasn’t comfortable. He even hesitated going in when we dropped him off. When we brought Smitty to Lauren's home (in such a beautiful neighborhood!), it was like night and day. He happily trotted right up to her door, walked right in without a second glance back at me—LOL! If that doesn't say it all, I don’t know what does! Lauren kept me updated the entire time he was there, sending pictures and reassuring me he was having a blast. 10/10—so HAPPY with her service, attention, and genuine care for our pup. Smitty had a terrific time, and we WILL be returning when we need her services again. Thank you, Lauren, and your family, for taking such wonderful care of our boy! 😊
